We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you pick up the phone, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so if a unit is not right, that falls on us, and we take care of it the same day.
I track the whole schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before a truck leaves the yard. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I let you know before you have to reach out to us.
